Clear cover. Honest limits.
Our workmanship is covered for the life of the piece. Accidental damage and third-party work are assessed separately.
Outside the warranty
- Impact, crushing or accidental damage
- Work completed by another jeweller
- Normal wear to plating and surface finish
- Loss or theft of the piece
Custom-set watches: aftermarket setting normally voids the manufacturer warranty. We explain this before work begins and warrant our own craftsmanship in writing.
Between services
Small habits protect the piece.
Take it off
Remove jewellery for the gym, pool and shower. Chemicals and impact are harder on settings than daily wear.
Clean gently
Use warm water, a drop of mild soap and a very soft brush. Rinse carefully and pat dry.
Store separately
Keep each piece in its own pouch or lined compartment so diamonds and metal do not scratch each other.
Inspect yearly
A regular inspection can identify a loose claw, worn link or weakened clasp before a stone or piece is lost.
