Dispatch
When your order will leave
Worldwide insured delivery. Signature required on every shipment.
Stocked pieces normally dispatch within one to two business days. Made-to-order pieces dispatch when our workshop completes them, which is approximately four weeks from payment for most commissions.
Protection
Insured, signature delivery
Every shipment is insured for its full declared value and requires a signature on delivery. Please make sure someone is available at the delivery address to sign for the parcel.
International orders
Duties and import taxes
Duties and import taxes charged at the destination are the recipient's responsibility. We cannot pre-pay destination charges or under-declare the value of a shipment.
